Our Policies and Procedures

*All new clients who book any services are required to reserve their appointments with a credit card.

Pricing

Prices are effective as of November 28, 2022. Prices are subject to change and do not include sales tax when applicable. Junior pricing for junior-level services is with designated “junior service providers” only.

Service Deposits

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve an appointment for Keratin treatments, or any appointments requiring 2 hours or more.

Wedding parties require a deposit that is 50% of the amount of scheduled services.

Children

For safety reasons and in consideration of those receiving spa services, children are welcome by appointment only. Children must be at least 2 years of age to receive services.

Cancellation Policy

All appointments scheduled for 30 minutes require a 24-hour cancellation notice. All appointments scheduled for 1 or more hours require a 72-hour cancellation notice.

All new clients who book any services are required to reserve their appointments with a credit card. If you miss your appointment without the required notice, the full-service amount will be charged to the credit card on file.

Existing clients: if two appointments are missed without the required notice, we reserve the right to obtain a credit card on file or require payment for appointments in advance. If a third appointment is missed, the full-service amount will be charged to the credit card on file.

Payment

We accept all types of payment, including cash, credit or debit, check, or Apple Pay. Due to expenses incurred during the COVID pandemic, all credit card transaction fees are the responsibility of the cardholder. Debit Cards DO NOT have a transaction fee. Checks and cash are also accepted, without a fee.

Late Arrival

Arriving late will simply limit the time of your appointment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your relaxation time. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time so the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be applied.

Redo Policy

In the rare case of a redo, please contact Studio Taylor within 1 week of receiving your color or haircut service. This will give your stylist a chance to review and correct the matter at hand.
